We believe optimal foot health unlocks freedom, movement, and quality of life.SUCCESS LOOKS LIKEPatients consistently report satisfaction and trust in the care provided.Treatment plans are evidence-based, personalized, and result in measurable improvement or resolution of conditions.The podiatrist demonstrates empathy, active listening, and clear communication during every patient interaction.Clinic flow remains efficient and collaborative; patients are seen on time, and support staff feel informed and supported.OBJECTIVESPerform comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, examination, and diagnostic imaging.Diagnose and manage acute and chronic foot and ankle disorders.Provide advanced diabetic foot care, wound care, and preventive education.Develop individualized treatment plans using conservative, orthotic, pharmacologic, or surgical methods.Perform in-office procedures, injections, and minor surgeries as indicated.Collaborate closely with medical assistants and administrative staff for seamless patient care.Maintain thorough, accurate, and compliant EMR documentation.Educate patients on foot health, self-care, and recovery strategies.Stay current with best practices and new developments in podiatric medicine.Foster a professional, caring, and efficient clinic culture aligned with Clovers mission and values.COMPETENCIESDemonstrates empathy, education, and follow-through.Applies current best practices in diagnostics and treatment.Upholds the highest ethical and compliance standards.Works effectively within a small, high-performing clinical team.Seeks out innovation and professional growth opportunities.Embodies warmth, positivity, and professionalism in every interaction.EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCEDoctor of Podiatric Medicine (DPM) from an accredited program.Completion of a 3-year Podiatric Medicine and Surgery Residency (PMSR/RRA preferred).Active or eligible Washington State medical license.Board Certified or Board Eligible in Podiatric Medicine and Surgery.Strong interpersonal and communication skills.COMPENSATIONCompensation is production-based at 30% of collections.COMMITMENT TO DIVERSITY As an equal opportunity employer committed to meeting the needs of a multigenerational and multicultural workforce, Clover Podiatry recognizes that a diverse staff, reflective of our community, is an integral and welcome part of a successful and ethical business.
