We Won Specialist Care Provider 2025! - National Care Group As a Senior Support Worker your role will be to assist in the senior management to assess peoples support needs and work with people we support to initiate and develop new ideas and methods regarding the quality of service. The most important qualities needed are the ability to treat others with respect, listen to their needs and understand their emotions. Be Kind, friendly and honest. The Ideal Candidate Supporting adults with learning disabilities. Have a minimum of a Level 3 NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care or working towards this. Able to motivate and manage a team. Full UK Driving Licence. Level 3 in health and social care , or willingness to undertake. Previous use of electronic support plan/ record systems ( ideally nourish). What’s in it for you?
