Now Hiring: Ductwork Installers, Sheet Metal Mechanics, Helpers, Subcontractor Crews, Coordinators, and Project ManagersSpectrum AC is expanding our installation teams and looking for experienced ductwork professionals, sheet metal mechanics, installation helpers, and complete subcontractor crews to support our growing workload throughout South Florida.
We have a strong pipeline of commercial and residential projects and are looking for qualified individuals and established crews who are ready to get to work.
Whether you're an experienced sheet metal mechanic, a duct installer looking for steady employment, a helper with hands-on experience, or a subcontractor with your own crew, we want to hear from you.
Positions and Opportunities AvailableWe're currently recruiting for several types of ductwork installation positions:
Sheet Metal Mechanics: Experienced installers skilled in assembling, fitting, and installing sheet metal duct systems
HVAC Ductwork Installers: Individuals experienced in installing ductwork, fittings, ventilation systems, and related components
Ductwork Installation Helpers: Candidates with some construction or HVAC experience who can assist with installations, materials, and jobsite preparation
Subcontractor Ductwork Crews: Established teams capable of completing commercial or residential ductwork installation projects
Sheet Metal Subcontractor Crews: Experienced crews specializing in sheet metal duct fabrication and installation

Responsibilities will vary depending on experience and whether you're applying as an individual installer, helper, or subcontractor crew.
Install commercial and residential HVAC ductwork systems
Assemble, fit, hang, and secure sheet metal and other ductwork materials
Complete ductwork rough-ins, modifications, and new installations
Read and follow blueprints, layouts, and installation specifications as applicable
Install duct fittings, transitions, registers, grilles, and ventilation components
Measure, cut, and prepare duct materials for installation
Coordinate installation activities with other trades and project teams
Maintain safe, organized, and productive job sites
Complete assigned work according to project schedules and quality standards
Previous experience in HVAC ductwork installation, sheet metal work, or related construction trades
Knowledge of commercial or residential ductwork installation methods
Ability to use hand tools, power tools, and installation equipment
Understanding of jobsite safety and quality workmanship
Dependable individuals who can work independently or as part of a crew
Ability to follow instructions, installation plans, and project requirements
Strong work ethic and commitment to completing projects efficiently
For Subcontractor Crews:
Established ductwork or sheet metal installation crews
Experience completing commercial or residential HVAC projects
Ability to coordinate crew members and meet project deadlines
Appropriate tools, equipment, and resources to complete assigned work
Ability to maintain installation quality and communicate project progress
